To navigate rapid, iterative change we need to ensure that we are intentionally designing our work and our organisations with the human at the centre, a service and philosophy that I am both passionate and driven to offer.

One of the most profound examples as to the value-add of intentional people-centred organsiation design came from this 3-year experiment that I was pleased to lead at my workplace leading to an increase in sales of €6mn and gross margin of €1.5mn over a 3-year period.

On another occasion I led a half-day workshop with the talent acquisition team of a leading innovative consultancy as we dived into their team effectiveness with a range of co-created outcomes and next steps ‘hacked’ within just a 4-hour window.
