Change Is An Inside Job

I felt that the book title above offered the essence of my thinking, however, many people have asked me to write the book which will serve both corporate employees and individuals

I am an Interpersonal Catalyst and international product manager, people connector, advocate for people-centered organisational and life design which includes workshops, keynote talks, thinking partnerships, live events, Have Courage summit guide and I am the host of the value through vulnerability podcast boosted by HumansFirst which has over 125 deeply human conversations, all of which can be found under my profile here.

I will be looking to share ideas, reflections, challenges and insights as I journey through writing my first book, ‘Change Is An Inside Job’ which will, no surprise, include deeply human stories and lived experience to help serve others to towards the best version of themselves, individually and collectively.

I write regularly on BizCatlayst360 and I am a high growth individual that loves meeting new people so please connect, say hi, sign up and I look forward to learning more about you.

If you’d like further information regarding the books development, please sign up on the Substack page.

Pt 16 – Putting myself through the mill!

Living this book title and journey I hope that you and your are keeping safe and well. My last update on the Change Is An Inside Job book development, I thought, was clarifying! PT15 – We are not our thoughts, but …….

It has been 4 weeks since I shared an update and honestly, that is because I have been stuck. Stuck in the apathy of ‘do I have the energy for this book writing process?’ Stuck in the thinking/desire to dive more deeply into the current race conversation then thinking (overthinking) that I could end up … Continue reading PT15 – We are not our thoughts, but …….

Pt14 – ‘Refreshing the parts of our humanity that other leaders/organisations do not reach’

A marketing campaign from Heineken during the 20th century (sounds a long time ago!), ‘refreshes the parts that other beers cannot reach,’ has always been stuck in my head and I would like to use an iteration of this to review where we are today, and where I think we are going both at work and in society at … Continue reading Pt14 – ‘Refreshing the parts of our humanity that other leaders/organisations do not reach’

Pt 12 – Practicing letting go.

Dropping the beliefs that tether us. No, I am not about to sing a rendition of Frozen don’t worry!, however, we all know how cleverly Dinsey movies place messages of real impact! Today’s newsletter does, however, follow the theme of letting it go. Profound reflection Do you ever have those moments in life when you … Continue reading Pt 12 – Practicing letting go.

Pt 10 – A kaleidoscope of change

A word and image that is coming up a lot for me currently are that of a kaleidoscope. We are experiencing a kaleidoscope of emotion as we navigate the current challenges. We have a kaleidoscope of opportunities to reimagine how we show up, personally and collectively, as we emerge post-crisis. I am grateful and excited … Continue reading Pt 10 – A kaleidoscope of change

Pt 9 – Courageous solitude

As I work through this inaugural book writing project, it is increasingly curious to me and an interesting paradox. It is a process of solitude, on the one hand, a personal journey and exploration yet at the same time this book is very much a celebration of solidarity, a collective journey of sharing, learning, and … Continue reading Pt 9 – Courageous solitude

Pt 8 – Finding the beauty in change

I am into my third week as part of Laura Storm and Jenny Andersson’s Regenerators Journey, a 10-week virtual deep-dive into regenerative leadership and regenerative practice and it is EPIC! Why I wanted to share this is that as part of this journey, the clarity that I now have around the impact of separation from ourselves and each other … Continue reading Pt 8 – Finding the beauty in change

Pt 7 – Profound insights just keep on coming

As we both individually and collectively navigate our current challenges, the theme of play came up during the past week. Play in terms of holding the world and what is going on as lightly as possible whilst reimagining what could be possible, playing with and challenging our beliefs, playing games as a family during lockdown … Continue reading Pt 7 – Profound insights just keep on coming
