Brooke O. Erol started her career at IBM following the traditional path she was given to be “successful”. She quit her “great job” on paper after 11 years, feeling she is not aligned with it. She started her journey to find her purpose in life. She started her first business in 2003 YourBestLife to help professionals who don’t like their jobs and want to find more meaning at work. After being around so many unhappy people at work as her clients, she decided to help the organizations and leaders who employed them. She started her second business Purposeful Business to help leaders catch up with our times and grow their businesses without sacrificing the well-being of their people; where profit becomes a by-product rather than the main goal . Heather Younger was born to advocate and communicate on behalf of others. I realized early on that many dreams and desires never happen unless we are courageous enough to ask for them consistently and in a compelling way.

I also know that some people never have the opportunity to share their voice and are just never invited to have a seat at the decision-making table. I was that person growing up as a kid in a family who shunned me because of my race.

My mission is to help organizations give their employees what they want so that those same organizations get what they want in the form of engagement and retention.

It has been my experience that organizations are more apt to make poor assumptions about what their employees want. They are screaming to be heard, cared for and want to have a say in what happens to them.
