I had the pleasure of welcoming Ollie Martin, who is a consultant, onto the podcast.
Ollie is a super passionate & interesting character, having worked in the police force for a number of years, he is driven to help ex forces personnel use their fantastic transferable skills in the civilian world of work.
I was really taken aback and learned so much myself about the trust, listening, empathy, care, MVP (minimal viable products/situations), iteration, inclusive etc approach that he and so many of his peers takes to their service work.
Ollie is driven by the same things as myself – to make individuals and the world of work more human – and I am excited to watch Ollie’s trajectory as we enter 2019.
