I had the pleasure of welcoming Charles onto the podcast today. I reached out to Charles after being made aware of his Trust Equation model via Helen Amery.

I absolutely loved this chat as it pulled together so many different strands for me, not just related to the emotional side of our human experience, but the cross over and relevance to sales, the other part of my personal world.
